Set up Filters on a Chart
You can apply a filter to any data series in a chart for all chart types. Filters applied to a chart take precedence over any filters applied from the perspective context.
You can include many element types, such as levels, dimensions, or dimension attributes as part of the filter criteria. Each filter selection included in the filter criteria expands the results returns. The following shows an filter selection panel with a multi-select filter by Level: Company A and by Dimension: Customer 1, Customer 2, and Customer 4.

Visualize Same Sets of Data
If you have many data series in a chart, you can set the same filter on each account to visualize like sets of data. For example, if you are visualizing sales from two data series and want to see only Canada sales for both, create a filter on each data series using the same filter criteria. For example, change filter settings for Laptop Sales and for Desktop Sales visualize only Canada revenue in pie chart.
