Support Policy Change: Authorizing support personnel to access your instance
Effective as of Release 2019.1, administrators must authorize Adaptive Insights support personnel to give them access to your instance. You must select a new option in General Setup: Allow Adaptive Insights support personnel to login. See Give Support Access to Your Instance for details.
Small but Noteworthy: Accessing Adaptive Insights on multiple browser tabs
When you log into Adaptive Insights on multiple browser tabs and the application either times out or logs out in one tab, you must log back in from that specific tab. This resumes your activity in all existing open tabs. You can also change your session timeout setting. See General Setup for details.
