New Right-Click Options in Modeled Sheets

To activate this option on modeled sheet
- Edit the modeled sheet and click Columns and Levels.
- From the columns, select a dimension.
- In the General Properties, click the Edit dimension on sheet checkbox and save. See Create Modeled Sheets.
Attribute Rollups on Cube Sheets
For account, level, and dimension attributes, the attribute rollup now includes all attribute values, not just those added to the sheet.
The following example shows level attributes on a cube sheet. West Coast is the only attribute value added to the sheet. Finance HQ is the only level tagged with the West Coast attribute. When you select All for the level attribute, the sheet displays all the levels, not just those tagged with West Coast, and totals all the levels. When you select West Coast, the sheet displays only the levels tagged:
When you select All from the attribute filter:
|Before||With This Release|
|Sheet Display||The sheet displayed only the accounts, dimensions, or levels tagged with one of the attributes on the sheet.||The sheet displays all the accounts, dimensions, or levels, even those tagged with the attribute values that are not on the sheet.|
|Rollups on the Sheet||The rollup data on the sheet included all the contributing dimensions, but only itemized those tagged with the attribute.||The rollup data includes all the contributing dimensions on the sheet and itemizes them per row.|
See Level Dimensions and Attributes, section Attributes versus Dimensions > On Cube Sheets, for more details from a modeling perspective.
See Rollup Cells in Sheets, section Rollups as Filters, for more details from a sheet viewer or data entry perspective.
